Definitions & Introduction

The following terms used in these terms and conditions carry the meanings defined below:

3.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each payment method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, etc.).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• The deposit amount must be correct and from a legitimate source.

3.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bed9 offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• A deposit of ৳22,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The following wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn:

• The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 10. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The time limit for meeting the wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own terms, which will be stated in the offer's announcement.
• Bonus abuse (bonus hunting, using multiple accounts) is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• bed9 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer without prior notice.
• No more than one bonus may be active on an account at the same time.

Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Gaming Terms

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, bed9 will refund the amount of that bet.
• All games on bed9 operate under fair play principles and use independently tested random number generators (RNG).
• Users may only place bets using the balance available in their account — credit betting is not applicable.

5.2 Sports Betting

• The outcome of all sports betting offers depends on the official result of the relevant match.

Prohibited Activities

Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure by bed9

bed9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• A directive from a court or regulatory authority.

7.2 Closure by the User

Any user may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any available balance will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal policy before the account is closed, however any active bonuses will be cancelled.
